Prior to founding FusionPro in  2024, Mirian’s entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of various companies in Lagos, Nigeria. Following that, Mirian held various management positions, including Operations Manager, where he focused on new business development and risk management.

With a keen eye for talent and a passion for building strong teams,  and extends to diverse roles such as Human Resource management consultant to the real estate and hospitality industry, advertising sales and customer service during the early years of her career.
